Aegina and the island of Moni

• Departure 7 a.m.

• Journey to Piraeus then boat crossing (approx. 1 hour 40 minutes)

• Discovering the city center of Aegina and its pistachio stalls

• Break in front of the Saint-Nectaire site

• Lunch in a traditional restaurant by the water

• Crossing by small boat to reach Moni Island

• Swimming on this wild island in the company of peacocks

• Visit to the Temple of Aphaia

• Return to the port of Aegina, heading towards Piraeus

• Return at 10:30 PM

The pistachio is THE star product of the island! It enjoys a reputation for excellence and benefits from a protected designation of origin. Aegina is a Greek island in the Saronic Gulf, southwest of Athens. It is famous for its Temple of Aphaia, one of the three temples of the Sacred Triangle, which also includes the Parthenon and the Sounion.
